The tank is 7ft high with 5ft of water in it and still no results.

This item is junk, it doesn't work, it wasn't difficult for me to figure out how to set it up and only to find out that it only tells me the temperature of the water in the tank, not the water level, i guess after all the bad reviews i read about this item i shouldn't have received it but hey you live and find out don't buy this item and if you just asked for your money the back .
