I like how easy it is for my clients, who are not tech savvy at all (myself included), can easily use this software with no problems! The customer service has been great as well in helping me troubleshoot any issues or questions we may be having together!! There really isn't anything bad about using case tracker since they've helped us get our website back online after an attack by hackers which left everything offline including email accounts etc., so glad there was someone out here willing/able help fix things.
It's hard sometimes when you're trying something new but everyone around helps guide through what needs done next until its fixed correctly if needed :).
