a little nervous about buying this aftermarket starter but after getting it this afternoon , I am very satisfied . It arrived in a flat white box in about 2 days, like buying something at an auto parts store. We screwed it up in about 30 seconds and then we started very well. It sounded like it could spin faster than what I had from my previous starter that failed. I've used it about 5 or 6 times so far and all have been hot starts except for the very first one. With the old starter I always had trouble cranking my engine when it was hot, but this one started right away. I looked at the Kohler and a new starter would cost me close to $200 so I'm guessing this one could burn out four or five times and is still worth my money as long as it lasts at least six years. If I remember, I'll come back later and clean up the review if there are any issues.
