I like that my team can use it as an internal tool for purchasing, but also have access via our cloud version which is great too! Sometimes we need help with some features not working correctly or sometimes just having questions answered when using in production (i.e., how do you turn off this feature). It has been helpful at times of needing quotes from suppliers where there are many variations/options available within one product line. There isn't much out-of-the box functionality built into mintecto assist us during implementation projects so customization was required. We've used several other ERP systems over time including Sage X3 & SAP Business One - both were very complicated compared to MINTEC.
