Review on GetSmily by Yung Kitamura

The ease of use for both administrator as well user is amazing! I like how it can be used not only to collect survey data but also present them very nicely without any hassle at all!! Also i love that you have so many options available when creating custom questions (as compared from other similar software) which makes this tool even more powerful than its competitors out there. There's nothing really bad about getsmiley either though if anything then maybe they could add some features such as sending emails or sms reminders etc., It was great knowing what my clients were feeling after their visit/purchase experience especially during those busy times where one cannot spend much time doing client follow ups via phone calls due date issues ect.
