GetSMILE is an amazing tool to collect and analyze feedback from your customers!!

The ease of use for both administrator as well user is amazing! I like how it can be used not only to collect survey data but also present them very nicely without any hassle at all!! Also i love that you have so many options available when creating custom questions (as compared from other similar software) which makes this tool even more powerful than its competitors out there. There's nothing really bad about getsmiley either though if anything then maybe they could add some features such as

Pros
  • Very easy way in collecting feedback using surveys
  • Excellent presentation capabilities
  • Easy sharing with colleagues, friends & family.
  • Great support team who works hard behind ensuring customer satisfaction :)
Cons
  • A bit expensive.maybe less costly subscription plans are required?

Great customer service and easy integration with various CMSs

The best thing about this tool is that it can be integrated into any website without much hassle or difficulty thanks to its simple setup procedure as well! I like how effective my survey responses are when using Smiley Survey - they're always honest so no worries there!! There's nothing really bad we dislike because of Smile Surveys but if you have some technical issues then just contact their support team for help immediately :) It helps us collect great feedback from users which improves…

Pros
  • Simple
  • Very good customer service with lots available options in case problems arise
  • Available both online & offline (iOS/Android app)
  • Customizable themes, fonts etc.
  • Greatly reduces bounce rate compared those sites who don't use smiley surveys at least once per session while surfing through pages before moving away :(
Cons
  • Not possible anymore via desktop
