This tape came in handy when we had a big storm and discovered a leak in one of our window seals. When the rain stopped for a couple of hours we were able to dry that part of the window long enough to put the tape on. While you could notice a very small amount of water coming back in when it started raining again, the tape still held it in place and held it until the end of the storm until we were able to properly seal the window on the outside. I wouldn't use this as a permanent filling but it worked great in an emergency where other tapes would definitely fail. The tape has some stretch and is soft so it's easy to apply and really works in corners and edges. You will need to cut with scissors as it will not tear due to the stretch factor.
