Beautiful, like quality, but. 1 out of 4 arrived broken. Connection lost. Definitely don't keep what's broken. Maybe that's bad luck if there wasn't the hype surrounding her description. I don't think they have a quality control system. Maybe it was a return that was accidentally sold as new? I had 3 in place, when I went to install the last one I quickly found it had a snapped connector. I am careful when installing something made of plastic and no, this is not user error. You may have better luck, but I would try a different brand.
