I bought it mainly for the color. But I am very impressed with its design and its individual heating function. Firstly, the kettle's lid just pops off completely for easy filling and cleaning (if needed), and there's a temperature scale for slow and full boil in the heat settings, and turn the knob all the way left to turn it off. Water after reaching the desired temperature will continue to boil and be warm. It's a really cute design and I love the color - it goes perfectly with my Keurig coffee maker (color oasis). Well done and works great!
