That it is easily customizable, that you can select your fields from various lists.
It also comes with an extensive help section which does go quite far into explaining how everything works! Having all this information at one place makes sense for me as well because I don't have time nor energy anymore these days (and will no longer be able) but having seen myself working through each option/field several times now - there really isn’t anything much more or less wrong than what should come by default already? Maybe just make sure if someone says they are using Excel spreadsheets instead then maybe tell them why their spreadsheet solution won; t work here ;) The tool itself seems like something straight out of 2005 though so perhaps not everyone was familiar back then. Still very useful even when compared against other existing tools such Microsoft Power BI especially since our team members were previously non-existent within IT.
