I like that it is very easy to use for both customers as well as employees alike! It helps me keep track of everything from timecards to payroll so we can all be informed about our work schedules.

There really isn't anything bad at this point. For those looking into using an employee scheduling software there are several different ones you could choose between but I would recommend trying out multiple options before making any decisions because they each have their own pros/cons which may or not fit what you're seeking. The benefits include being able to quickly access information regarding my schedule without having to go through numerous emails back and forth with other departments when needed and keeping everyone up to date regarding upcoming shifts.
