Very shiny, and wrinkly , but they do black out light

These do darken a room indeed and are not overly expensive. Liking the is a matter of taste however. I found the way too shiny and cheap looking . The wrinkles would not smooth out, out and the very large grommets are ringed in a dark brown whih makes them stic put and a focal point I did not like. I used to work in interior design, and I quite frankly could not stand the look of them. Again, taste is personal.
