They sent me used cables instead of new ones. The package was broken, opened/sealed, stained with liquid and had what appeared to be dried nasal mucus on the top. They have already been used. The female end was poorly molded plastic and contained some dust. Given the above issues, I would conclude that cable matters are made from poor quality materials and manufacturing methods. The used condition, although unsuccessful, nevertheless allowed us to see how the metals react to the sebum left by the fingerprint, and very badly. I don't want to expose my devices to what they're made of for fear of a violent reaction with my USB ports and cables, or even a physical issue due to poorly formed plastic on the female end of the cable. Cables will probably not be considered in the future. While I'm not sure who is responsible for shipping the used product, I can be sure that the raw materials that don't react well came from their factory. And I have no reason to believe that any other product will be of better quality materials or workmanship. You can look at the photos and draw your own conclusions.
