I bought these for some rivets I needed to make. I like to have a variety of spacers (washers) on hand because you never know what size you'll need. They prevent the rivet from going through the metal. This causes the rivet head to bulge on the outside of the gasket, preventing the rivet from going through the material being riveted. Very well done and they do their job!
