I have been ordering from this seller for several years. I get twice the ink for half the price of HP cartridges! This is not only very valuable, but also good for the environment. They include a prepaid envelope so you can send used cartridges back to them for recycling. If there are any problems, the support team responds quickly. I always have an extra black and colored cartridge on hand. Depending on how much I print depends on how often I need to replace the cartridges. I had an extra cartridge for over a year when I needed to replace it. The cartridge must have had a small leak that smeared the ink on the document. I contacted the seller via email, he immediately sent me a new one to replace the damaged part. That's great customer service! I have recommended Value Toner to many friends and also to my children. I will never buy HP inks again. Highly recommended!
