my daughter's feet have finally stopped growing so i can buy her ice skates knowing she won't outgrow them. As we are in the middle of a pandemic, outdoor skating is a priority. Our local tennis court was a great spot and having wheels for the road is a bonus! My daughter loves the color which is much deeper/lighter in person. I also bought a pair in the leopard print. 😆 When you first open the box, they have an unpleasant smell. That goes away after they've been unpacked for a while. I recommend NOT lacing them all the way up as the collar is very stiff and will ride down and dig into your leg. Instead of using lace hooks, simply stop at the last eyelet and wrap the extra lace in a criss-cross pattern around the skates/ankles at the level where the eyelets end. Hope that helps.
