Basically a big mouse pad

I sent this product back I was so dissatisfied. First, it has extremely rounded edges. which are not clearly shown in the advertisement. Second, its thickness is less than 1/4 inch, see picture, literally like a computer mouse pad. Finally, the surface of the mat is smooth. Dirt and dirt from the soles of the shoes will not fall off. I need the carpet for that. Really crap, it didn't work.
