Good overall experience. Our company has moved from the traditional approach to security (which included lots of manual processes) to a modern, flexible, highly scalable model. The company provides both hardware and software solutions, including firewalls, IPSs, VPNs, web filtering, encryption, and anti-malware, to businesses and consumers around the world. The technology is very mature and the team is very experienced. A couple of things I would recommend improving are: 1) Make the user interface easier for non-technical users to navigate 2) Improve the ability to manage large numbers of devices (especially routers).
Pros
- The product works well, and it does what we want, so our project team liked it as a solution.
- Its ease of installation makes it easy to add new features as needed
- The price is reasonable for the amount of time it takes to learn it.

- No mobile apps.
