I like how easy it is to setup, collect data from our customers & employees (and automate!). The reporting features are great! It's very intuitive for anyone who has basic spreadsheet knowledge or even an excel background - which most of us do in today’s day-to-day work life experience anyway!! There isn't much that could be improved upon at this time but we have recently had some performance issues with mobile devices when using certain sites within Collectiviq as well so if you use these things make sure your phone/tablet can handle them :) We've seen significant improvements since implementing CQ into all aspects of running my business effectively via customer feedback management plus sales funnel tracking etc., employee engagement analytics also through surveys.
