The ability to track all of our marketing efforts, in one place is invaluable! We were able to create multiple campaigns for different audiences with ease; we can see how many people have viewed each piece (as well as which ones are converting) so that nothing gets lost along any funnel or pipeline - it's like having eyes everywhere at once!! The easy-to-use interface and the possibility to use it with multiple platforms. The ability to track campaigns, reach and performance of each of them is wonderful. The ability to create custom campaigns and send them to multiple platforms at the same time is also amazing. The free plan is limited. The price for the paid plan is not quite fair. I like how easy it is to setup, collect data from our customers & employees (and automate!). The reporting features are great! It's very intuitive for anyone who has basic spreadsheet knowledge or even an excel background - which most of us do in today’s day-to-day work life experience anyway!!
