I'm new to nose rings. I made mine in February 2019 and ordered it as soon as my straight rod came out and disappeared a month after being pierced. I only had problems with my original bobby pin. But it is beautiful and will remain. I got a keloid after applying it but I don't think it's related to this product. I have used diluted tea tree oil and hot compresses and the keloid is in remission. It was a little difficult to put in at first just because it was a new piercing. The stone is small, which is what I wanted, and it looks very beautiful in different lights. Recommend.
