I bought these for my daughter as part of a cat costume. They're very thick and warm - almost too warm for my purposes, but we'll use them again if we hit the runway or encounter another polar vortex on the east coast. a very good quality. high waist - goes to the chest.
Pros
- Beautiful and bold, super cute! My daughter likes them but they are not tights, they have no legs, they are pants.
Cons
- The velvet material can easily catch and collect fluff and hair.
