Buy a replacement clutch and motor mount for your circulating pump
Buy parts. Big stores don't have this item, and HVAC suppliers will charge you five or ten times as much. The clutch is easy to replace and should last for decades. If the clutch continues to fail, you may want to replace the motor mounts as well.
