They are very large (I have 4 ounce molds too) and I can find many ways to use them! The silicone lids are TOP. I'm saying goodbye to plastic food containers and this is a great in-between size that hasn't been in my growing collection of glass containers. Lunch (lime wedges, grated cheese, sour cream, chopped veggies, etc.), but they come in very handy for storing chops for a couple of days for my son's dish - veggies and veggies for a couple of days, mostly boiled to eat, ha! The lids are strong enough that we could stack two on top of each other in the fridge to save space - they don't wobble or slip. All in all a great purchase!
