The most useful feature for me is that I can use it from my mobile phone while travelling or when away at work so having access as soon as possible after an event has happened helps keep things moving! Some features are still not fully developed but we're working towards this - just needs more resources in terms of time/manpower etc This service allows us rapid delivery of key insights via dashboards which have been instrumental within our team allowing quick decisions about events / actions taken by customers.
