This is my second one of these. My first one was knocked onto a concrete floor and unfortunately broke. Regardless, this is one of the best stands for the switch, hands down. If you are thinking of using a phone or tablet stand, make sure it lets the Switch vent heat. The cut outs on this are just right to help ventilate my switch and the notch in the base allows the usb-c cable for my genki covert dock. I like that it lays flat so it’s easy to pack.I find HORI products in general to be of high quality and a much better investment than other 3rd party brands. They have had some sort of special relationship with Nintendo for many years and most of their products are officially licensed. I have yet to be let down by a HORI product. I think of their products as coming from Nintendo themselves.
