9/5/22 I have been back and forward with ebay for the last month. Even though the ebay store ad for these chairs does not provide contact information for the seller; amazon insist that I take it up with the seller. The ad says that the chairs will never fade and that they have a lifetime guarantee to get your money back if not satisfied. After two weeks of emails with the seller, they have basically told me that the chairs are excluded because "it’s been too long, the chairs are still functional, and it’s too much money to refund”. They’ve offered me 3 new chairs to replace the five I purchased, even after telling me that they will fade. Basically their advertisement of the chair on ebay is false. The chairs will fade and they will not honor the lifetime money back guarantee. ebay finally told me today that I’m stuck with the purchase, but they will report the company for false advertisement and will likely take them down from their site within 3 days of today. I will be following up to make sure it happens and I will update this review accordingly.As of 9/15/22 the chairs have continued to fade.5/22 Love these chairs only problem I have is they turned yellow.
