Cannot handle 3000w continuous power

The description says it can handle 3000w continuous power! Well it isn't! I connected two devices with a total power of about 2275 (862W + 1413W) and turned off the inverter. Then I tried another device with about 1700 watts and it also went off. See photo of inverter wattmeter. It showed 1741 watts a few seconds before shutting down. I'm assuming your device isn't rated for 3000 continuous and 6000 peak loads. I think they sent me a unit with 1500w continuous load and 3000w peak load! It might be a good inverter for loads under 1500, but it doesn't meet my load requirements, so I'm sending this inverter back. I am sorry.
