Got this for my mom, who unfortunately got diagnosed with a bunch of medical issues. Anyway, the clasp on this is a pain in the rear end. I had to reach out to the seller for help, received crappy picture instructions that made it seem like an easy, flip-up clasp system, but that is not the case. It is a real pain in the butt to get the clasp open if you can even figure that out to begin with. It took us a very long time before I finally got it open. The bracelet is finally on her, but we’re going to have a heck of a time when we have to get it off of her.I would suggest something with a better clasp if I had the opportunity to do it over again. The rest of the bracelet is fine and nice looking, however, that clasp situation needs to be improved.
