I'll tell you a little story. From the age of 14 to 20 I was engaged in natural (natural) bodybuilding. When I started taking this supplement at about 18 years old, my body exploded! I got stretch marks all over my chest and gotten a lot taller. I looked good before but this made me nervous! I've gained up to 190 pounds, I was about 17 inches arms and over 50 inches chest which was great for me especially since I was a REALLY skinny kid before I started lifting weights! the condition I was born with started health problems. I continued to lift weights until I was about 33 years old. No bodybuilding, just regular weightlifting. I lost a lot of weight in my 20s, but I looked good. I stopped exercising at 33 to see if my health improved. NO! I started lifting weights again 2.5 years ago and have been taking this supplement for about a year. Again my body reacts to it. This ALWAYS happens when I take it. There are also clinical studies of arginine/orthinine supplements by the NIH stating that supplementing with these amino acids significantly improves strength gains. I replied to that. NIH conducted clinical studies with it. There is no evidence that this is bad for you and it is also indicated for problems like ED, high blood pressure, etc. I run a Facebook/YouTube channel I started called Fitness for Struggling Men where I post my results. how lifting weights helped me get rid of the partial paralysis of my left leg and right arm.
