I love how the mug looked online and I was looking for a cute pewter Christmas mug, so perfect! When I received it I noticed that the red color is a bit weaker than the photos as mentioned in other reviews but I still loved my mug. So far, so good. After using it every day for my morning coffee for about a week, I noticed that parts of the letters were missing, and then when I touched one of the letters, I saw it fall off my finger. I only hand washed it according to the directions and was very careful as I really wanted it to last me for years! It's been about two weeks now and I've just noticed a white blurred line on my arm from one of the letters smeared out of a mug while drinking tea, it's that easy off! To drink with just one cup! That's ridiculous! I can't even imagine that if I washed them regularly they would come off completely. I am so disappointed. I was planning to buy more cute mugs from their collection but won't be doing it again after this experience. I am attaching photos where you can see the missing parts of the letters.
