Although Marika sells a wide selection of fashionable clothing, footwear, and accessories, the brand still needs to work on the quality of their products. My experience as a more advanced user has shown me that the fabric used in their clothing is not long-lasting and rapidly becomes worn out. In addition, the sizes that they offer can be all over the place, which makes it difficult to place an order through their website. In spite of the fact that Marika's prices are affordable, the low quality of their products makes them a poor bargain overall. The quality of the customer support that one receives can also be inconsistent. Although some of the representatives are helpful, it appears that others are not well-versed in their products. Overall, Marika has potential; however, in order to contend with other online fashion retailers, they will need to place a greater emphasis on improving the quality of both their products and their service to customers.
