Review on PAC SNI 135 Ground Loop Isolator by Kory Shelton

I've been using the Zune in my car for about 2 years now (hey, don't beat the $80 30GB Zune from WOOT). I've tried several car chargers and regardless of the charger, I had significant static electricity when the Zune was charging. This little beauty eliminates almost all static charges. More specifically, on my stereo, 20 is the normal volume for listening to a song at a normal volume. Noise started to get annoying at about 15. Now, even with exceptionally quiet music, the volume can climb to 40 before you hear the same amount of static (and at that point, it could actually be coming from the song itself). Now I can't deal with the low-end dropout (20Hz), but for someone with a standard system who listens to a variety of music (read: no bass boom), this was a huge benefit. No more unplugging when a quiet song is playing.
