The fabric and design of this corset is lovely, so it’s a shame that the finer points of its wearability are such a mess. My XL corset was fitted for a size or two smaller than what the size chart advertised, which normally wouldn’t be such a huge problem as corsets are adjustable, but the cording for the back lace had ZERO slack to it, so the advertised size is impossible to achieve with the product as it is sold. In addition to that, the back tail of the fabric which is meant to lay under the string on the back to complete the pattern between the halves of the corset was too short even with the (already too small) cording at max, so I’d have to find their fabric and buy a cutting of that and sew it myself to get the look I’m going for. I bought the "XL” size so I got. a triangle of that fabric with stretch cord tied to the tips. And no instructions on what it’s for? What is it for? Whatever it’s for, it’s definitely not enough fabric to make up for the missing inches along the back lining.It’s tragic. The corset design is pretty. But this one was not designed to be worn.
