This router is very good, especially for the money. I got it working as a Wi-Fi extender and the performance is excellent 60Mbps+ up/down Wi-Fi to Wi-Fi, a 5GHz hop with a wall in between. I think with some channel adjustments the speed could be better but overall it's pretty good. It even has a VPN feature for connecting and tunneling between sites, which again is a great feature, especially for the money. The distance is pretty well better than Ubiquiti AC PRO which is kind of a gold standard where I almost couldn't get it to 90+Mbps outside of PHICOMM while Ubiquiti AC PRO only managed 20Mbps. I am currently using it as an extender for my main WiFi to provide wired internet access to my living room TV, media and living room WiFi devices which has worked reliably for almost a month without hiccups and I couldn't be happier. I was so happy I bought a second one for extra backyard coverage and security cameras, although I didn't test the Ubiquiti AC PRO's capabilities with a 200 device load, but I have no problem with the current <5 Wi-Fi home load -Devices. Thumbs up, general recommendation and even bought again.
