I really wanted to have this router. It was a great price and I was sure it would compete well with the Intel hardware. Looks nice too. Problem: The cable modem connection drops two or more times a day. I updated the firmware and it still worked. I changed it to a new one and it did the same thing. This router is very good, especially for the money. I got it working as a Wi-Fi extender and the performance is excellent 60Mbps+ up/down Wi-Fi to Wi-Fi, a 5GHz hop with a wall in between. I think with some channel adjustments the speed could be better but overall it's pretty good. It even has a VPN feature for connecting and tunneling between sites, which again is a great feature, especially for the money.
