Just thought I'd point out that the customer service was terrible when I originally bought a few items directly from BOSE and decided to return them. In total, it took more than an hour over the course of three weeks to organize the return and send out the returns invoice. Understandably this is an outsourced operation so the language barrier added to the frustration. Great device, well made, easy to use, great sound, but buy it through Revain, not directly from the manufacturer.
