The instructions state that a 3/16 bit must be used to drill the holes for the mounting plates. I did, but had to widen the hole a lot for the rivet to fit. I also had to drill out all the mounting plates. A job that should have taken me 45 minutes took me 2 hours. For the first two rivets, I had to completely disassemble the rivet gun (x2) to get the rivet shank out. In general, everything is installed and working great. Just a pain to make everything right.
