Review on Learn I.O. by Marcus Cano

It's easy enough that anyone can use it without having previous experience as far as computer or instructional design is concerned! The interface could be better - but this isn't always necessary when you have experienced users who know what they want done. There are several features including quizzes/tests which require little time investment from students while still providing useful data points about their knowledge acquisition over multiple lessons (or even course sections). This allows us to assess how much content our learners need before we begin teaching them new material.
