2015 Crosstrek. I recently bought a used Crosstrek from a private dealer. After replacing the air filter, I found that one side of the plastic box that contains the air filter (not sure if that's the correct name) was not flush when this air filter was installed. I'm not sure if the plastic box is the problem or if this air filter doesn't fit properly. I took out the air filter and closed the plastic box without it and it closed properly. I would like to know if other people had a similar problem. I'm hoping it's just the size of the air filter and not something that requires more work.
