We are using Sprout for our customer service team. They were able to assist with our CRM needs. They can do so much more than CRM. They can assist with our email marketing, help with our website, and much more. They are very easy to work with. They are a great company to work with. They are very responsive. We have been very pleased with our experience. They have helped us with our CRM needs. They are able to assist with our email marketing, help with our website, and much more. I like that it is easy to use, has a lot of features and is very customizable. The customer service is also top notch! I do not have any dislikes about this program. It's great for my business needs. I am able to keep track of my clients' accounts, invoices, payments, etc. It gives me peace of mind knowing that everything is in one place. Also, I can easily access all of my information when I'm away from my computer.
