UPDATE 05/24/21: Wyze never responded and ended up having me she returned. A friend got the same pair about a week ago, and while the reboot issue is lasting longer, it's still a deal breaker. The mic is still worse than the Vankyo set I bought for a third of the price. The Wyze ticket is still open a few months later. There just will never be enough of it for work calls or any calls at all. Support is suspect at best. - ORIGINAL REVIEW - I have to start by saying I am a BIG FAN of Wyze products. The Wyze scale gave me the motivation to lose a ton of weight, the band is a great fitness tracker and their cameras are 5 stars at all costs. They sound amazing, look amazing and I was immediately impressed with the quality. However, issues with these headphones prevent me from recommending them and Wyze's lack of response to my support ticket means I'll likely be returning them soon. Had Wyze support responded in time, they would have given 4 stars for ONE noise cancellation. If they reply I will definitely update the information and add a few stars. At the moment I cannot recommend them as there is no evidence that Wyze plans to support them in the future.
