UPDATE 05/24/21: Wyze never responded and ended up having me she returned. A friend got the same pair about a week ago, and while the reboot issue is lasting longer, it's still a deal breaker. The mic is still worse than the Vankyo set I bought for a third of the price. The Wyze ticket is still open a few months later. These headphones are really good for the price. The unadjusted sound quality is okay, but a bit muddy on the low end and flat on the high end. An equalizer can fix that very quickly. I just set up a custom preset and everything is fine. The ear pads are comfortable for extended wear, but they are a bit warm. They are not removable.
