These headphones are really good for the price. The unadjusted sound quality is okay, but a bit muddy on the low end and flat on the high end. An equalizer can fix that very quickly. I just set up a custom preset and everything is fine. The ear pads are comfortable for extended wear, but they are a bit warm. They are not removable. So when the ear cups go bad, you need to buy a new pair of ear tips. However, at this price point, it's still cheaper than most high-end headphones. The shoulder bag that comes with it is fine and has room for the two cables that come with it (pin-to-pin and USB-C to A). However, the pocket isn't big enough to hold the headphones and fully cover them. **Update: A friend received a pair of these and they fit in his bag. Apparently mine is just broken. The noise-cancellation isn't as good as the AirPods Pro and Max, but it works pretty well. I also appreciate the transparency mode if you need to hear things around you. The physical controls are okay, but I wish the buttons were bigger and a little more defined. I also miss the touch controls. You can place your hand on the right earbud (and only on it) to mute the sound and turn on transparency mode. That's a nice feature, but the mug isn't touch-sensitive. As far as I know it uses a proximity sensor. When you let go of the cup, the sound will return to the state it was in before you put your hand on the cup. If you use multiple Wyze products, you'll probably appreciate that it uses the Wyze app on your phone to update the firmware and equalizer. . Without the application, most functions work except for the equalizer and firmware updates. You can toggle noise cancellation and transparency mode on and off with the buttons on the right earcup, allowing most features to work without an app. Battery life is good. They say you can get 20 hours on a single charge, which I think is pretty accurate. However, the battery is not end-user replaceable. A few other minor issues: * Headphone battery level can only be checked in the Wyze app. * Cables are too short. Maybe they're a foot long. While you can use these headphones with a standard headphone jack, you'll probably want to buy a longer 3.5mm (male) cable.* You may also need a longer or different charging cable, and the headphones don't come with a wall charger, although most USB-A chargers should work just fine. excellent for the price. Well worth it for those looking for superior in-ear headphones without shelling out hundreds of dollars.
