Review on D-Link DCM-202 High-Speed USB/Ethernet Cable Modem 2.0 by James Thakur

I bought this cable modem realizing I could buy this modem for three times the rent I've been paying my cable company for the last several years. This modem works with both my charter cable high-speed Internet and the Belkin wireless router. To install, I called Charter Technical Support and gave them the MAC address that is on the modem sticker. When calling Charter I had to connect and disconnect the modem multiple times while Charter was connected. After that everything was as usual. Other than that, I can't comment on the durability of the product just yet, but I hope it will stay in place and function properly for a long time to come. On the other hand, this cable modem is very small - it takes up less than a quarter of the space of a Motorola cable modem provided by my cable company.
