We ordered these sneakers/skates for my granddaughter's birthday. It took over five weeks to get the skates, so they were under pressure to get it right the first time. When we placed the order there was NO size conversion chart in the listing (although the seller insists there wasn't one. We looked for it.) So we read the comments from previous buyers and figured out what size was suggested. be right for our needs. We checked the size using the EU/US size conversion chart, so we believe we ordered the correct size. When the skates arrived they were not EU sized. They were a "euro" size which is different from the EU size we were working with. Conclusion: We wanted size 8, we got size 10. The seller INSISTS that he sent a size 8 and will not even answer the difference between the EU size and the EUR size. As I said, when ordering on the site, there were no explanations about the sizes. Now we had skates that were too big and the only "solution" the seller suggested was that I send the skates we had to the US and wait for another pair from China. In other words, waiting another five weeks and we couldn't KNOW what we were going to get would be different because the seller wrote me TWICE insisting we had received a size 8. We gave up at that point. The skates were not returned; We gifted them to our granddaughter and helped her stuff stuff into her skate socks for her to wear. The skates work so I can't give them a bad rating but the communication and contact processes are NOT GOOD at all. So if you need such skates, I recommend the skates, but I do not recommend this seller. Find someone else's skates and cross your fingers when you order them.
