I had high hopes for this stuff after reading all the positive reviews but it didn't even come close to fulfilling orders. We have a rescued puppy who suddenly decided going to the bathroom outside wasn't her jam. So she started using our sons room to revive herself. I got the carpet cleaner for Christmas and was so excited to try it! (Our son couldn't even sleep in his room because of the smell of urine). Well, not only did it NOT eliminate the smell, it made it worse! Now our whole attic smells like dog urine. 😭 I've used the cleaner twice, I was hoping it would help but it didn't. I will say it worked well on the rest of the carpet in the house. Our daughter spilled milk on the carpet and didn't tell anyone about it. So we had an unpleasant sour smell in our living room and this worked great to get it out. But it doesn't do anything about the pet urine odor it claims to remove. save your money Right now I'm looking for another product before we give up and just replace the carpet.
