Absolutely worthless

As a chronic pain person, I've tried a variety of topical creams and patches for my numerous orthopedic and nerve damage issues. While I continually confirm that Tiger Balm products are the most effective, most other products I've tried offer some benefit. This one does absolutely nothing. Not even the slightest hint of any warmth or analgesic effect. Do not waste your money. Go with Tiger Balm or Biofreeze.

Pros
  • How to Use: Clean and dry affected area. Remove the plastic backing from one side of the pain patch. Put the smooth side over the area where you would like to get pain relief. To avoid pulling your skin when tearing off the patch, it is recommended that you apply a hot towel to the patch for 2-3 minutes and then tear it off. Or, wet the patch with warm water and tear it off slowly.
Cons
  • Doesn’t relieve pain
