The holes for attaching the handle to the dome were punched.

I was very happy when this cheese melting cap/dome arrived. Then I tried to attach the handle. I only had one job but couldn't complete it because the holes didn't line up for the screws/bolts to attach the handle to the dome. Could a new hole be drilled? Yes, but it had to be done right the first time in production.
