I have used basic Conair clippers for many years. They're the best bang for the buck and if you don't want an overlap this is as close as it gets. The only complaint I can have is that the machine runs a bit faster, less smooth and noisy when supplied with 220-240V. Although it is supposed to be dual voltage, I think outside of the US there is a 50 frequency problem and the machine is overloaded. This usually means a less comfortable shave/cut and you probably won't be able to trim your hair as often due to some scratches etc. Overall, though, this is a good dual-voltage clipper for when you're on the go.
